Meet Melissa, our incredible general manager, who has been a part of the Shogun family since 2017. Her journey began as a hostess and server, followed by four years behind the bar before moving into leadership. Melissa’s extensive experience and friendly personality make every guest feel right at home. She is truly dedicated to ensuring everyone has a wonderful and welcoming dining experience.

Kevin
I’ve had many different jobs in my 7 years at Shogun. The one I enjoy most is being a teppanyaki chef because it allows me to use my cooking skills while interacting with my customers. *** Not only is Kevin an amazing chef, but if you look into the eyes of the children while he is doing his show it’s sure to put a smile on your face. They love watching the Food, Fire, and Show!

Andy
Chef Andy started his chef career in Memphis Tennessee. After 15 years he moved to Lake Havasu City and joined the Shogun Staff. He has been with us since 2018 and is a popular chef with our guests.
Bar Staff

Josh
Say hello to Josh! He’s been part of the Shogun team since 2020. Josh is a people person through and through. He loves the social energy of the restaurant and finds his daily inspiration in the stories and smiles of our guests. Stop by the bar and share a chat with him!

Damon
Damon has been at Shogun since 2019. He is a jack of all trades who can do it all, but we prefer him to be in the bar serving the best cocktails in town. Damon is beloved by customers for his quick wit, charm, and dedication to good service. On his weekends he enjoys golfing and spending time with his adorable kids.

Erick
Erick started as a server and has been at Shogun since 2022. He loves bartending because he gets to talk with so many different and fun groups of people. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies and doing anything that gets the adrenaline pumping, like boxing, snowboarding, and skateboarding.
